To work with National Maintenance Services, applicants should ideally have solid hands-on trade experience and be confident working in occupied properties and live environments.

You’ll stand out if you have:

  • Experience in multi-trade maintenance or refurbishment work
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Good all-round trade knowledge
  • A reliable, can-do approach to work
  • Confidence working in commercial, healthcare, education or social housing settings
