Project Overview
This property in Nottingham was a 3-bedroom house that required extensive renovation work to bring it up to standard. The project encompassed both internal and external improvements, addressing the majority of the home’s key areas.
Internally, the house received decoration throughout all rooms, with new flooring installed in each space to create a consistent finish. The existing bathroom was removed and replaced with a new suite, whilst the kitchen was completely stripped out and refitted with new units, worktops, and appliances.
The external areas were also included in the renovation scope. The garden, which had been neglected, was tidied up to make it usable once again. All external surfaces of the property were decorated, including windows, doors, fascias, and any rendered or painted areas, protecting the building fabric and improving its appearance.
