Project Overview
Glasgow Heritage House is a historic building located within a conservation area in Glasgow. Our client asked us to carry out a full restoration of the property’s exterior, which required careful attention to maintain its character whilst bringing it up to modern standards.
The work included full external decoration and the replacement of all cast iron guttering, along with minor roof repairs to address weatherproofing concerns. Inside the building, we replaced flooring and redecorated the base rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas. We also refurbished the outdoor spaces, including the baby garden and pre-school play area. These improvements involved installing artificial grass and a wet pour racetrack to create practical, safe play areas for the children using the facility.
