Project Overview
This listed property on the outskirts of Inverness required extensive restoration work to return it to its former condition. The building’s age and protected status meant that all work needed to be carried out with care to preserve its historic character whilst addressing essential maintenance and upgrade requirements.
The exterior work included the replacement of all cast iron guttering and fascia, full external decoration to the windows and doors, and a new roof for the outbuilding. Inside, we completed decoration throughout the property and installed replacement flooring in the staff areas and dining room. We also carried out a full refurbishment of the WC facilities and upgraded the nappy change rooms to meet current standards. The project required coordination across multiple trades to ensure the building was restored to a high standard whilst respecting its listed status.
