Project Overview
The Newcastle Blaydon project was a full back-to-brick refurbishment carried out for a prominent nursery group in the North East. The building required comprehensive internal and external works to modernise the facility and bring it up to the client’s high operational standards. Externally, our team completed the installation of new fascia and rainwater goods, full redecoration of the building, replacement of external doors, and a complete garden refurbishment to enhance both safety and appearance.
Internally, the nursery underwent a full decorative refresh, new flooring throughout, upgraded lighting, and the refurbishment of bathroom and nappy change facilities. The completed project delivered a bright, durable, and functional environment designed to meet the needs of children, staff, and visitors while maintaining the client’s brand consistency across their sites.
