Project Overview
National Maintenance Services was instructed to carry out a bathroom refurbishment within a social housing property in Birmingham. The works were designed to improve the condition and usability of the space, addressing both cosmetic and underlying issues identified by the client.
The project included new vinyl flooring, bath replacement, painting and a new door, alongside an investigation into a suspected water leak to help prevent future damage. All tasks were completed with a focus on durability and tenant safety, ensuring the bathroom is now more reliable, easier to maintain and comfortable for everyday use.
