I’m Jon, Company Director here at NM Services. I started the business in 2009 with the help of the prince’s trust. I am a joiner by trade, and this was what gave me the passion to start my own business. We are now a team that consists of office staff and field operatives, and I couldn’t be prouder of where we are now and what the team achieve every day. In my spare time I like going to the gym and I am a season ticket holder for Nottingham Forest.

Head of Business Development

Hello, my name is Adam and I have been working with NM Services since March 2022. Before I joined NM Services I have worked in FM and property management for a variety of sectors including commercial and early years. As part of my previous roles I have always used NM Services as my main contractor for reactive, PPM and refurbishment projects as I knew I could always rely on Jon and his team to produce top quality work, so when the opportunity to join the NM Services team came about I didn’t hesitate to accept there offer. My role within the business is to help us grow to the next level along with building on new and existing client relationships. I am a big Nottingham Forest fan so enjoy going to the games on a Saturday afternoon.

Finance Manager

Hello, my name is Esme and I have worked for NM Services for over 4 years now. I joined the company as a Finance Assistant and have worked my way up to Finance Manager. Some of my key roles consist of financial planning, payroll, budgets, and credit control. Our aim here at NM Services is to be the main name in maintenance' and our main interest is to ensure this will happen.

Director

I’m Donna, Company Director here at NM Services. I started out in the business helping Jon with invoicing and taking bookings for jobs whilst working a full-time job for a street lighting company. When the business started to get more established, resulting in it becoming much busier I left my job and join Jon on his adventure to create the best maintenance company in the Midlands area. I helped build up the office and worked closely alongside Jon. In recent years my role now consists of looking after HR, attending networking events, hosting staff meetings, and pushing the business to grow even further. In my spare time I like to swim, attending the gym and spend time with my friends and family.

Contracts Manager

Hi, my name is Giovanni, and I am the Contracts Manager at NM Services. I am also a fully qualified plumber and highly skilled in all joinery aspects. I have been with the company for almost two years now. I have several key roles within NM Services including project management, quotations, quality control, networking and building client relations. In my spare time I enjoy socialising and holidaying to my own city Potenza in Italy.
