Liam and shaun came to my property on monday 10th to start my kitchen renevation, they started by pulling everything out and without making a mess through-out my living room. They went through each step as they went on and kept me upto speed with their next steps. They kept the kitchen in clean, and manageable state in order for me to let my dogs out. They some how managed to transform my kitchen from crappy council standards, to a prestige kitchen. They have been amazing through-out this whole experience, friendly, polite and easy to get on with! NM Ltd - Team members for my new Kitchen install this week were LIAM, BERT, CAM & DIMIDRIJITS. What a professional and polite group of hard working guys. Nothing was too much trouble, went above and beyond moving all my Kitchen appliances in and out of the house, to give them room amidst difficult weather conditions (Snow & freezing temperatures.) I had new Lounge Carpets before Christmas and they did all they could to protect them and keep them clean. All guys arrived punctually and cleaned up at the end of each day, respecting both my home and property. Would recommend this team to anyone and would welcome them back into my home anytime. Cam and acer have done a gd job helping with our shower and our plastering they were both kind and considerate to our child sleeping in the other room and have done a great job with everything and communicating cam even had a spare moment during the job which he chose to help us grit our communal space to help our elderly neighbours get out for church unscathed thank you both very much x

We used National Maintenance Ltd at our flagship store in Cannock, we are Newlife, The Charity for disabled children so cost is always a big factor for us but often find you dont get both cost and standard but with NM we did. the process from quoting, approving and works being carried out i cannot fault NM.Eddy, James and Jake who carried out these works were on site Mon-Fri for 2 weeks and kept a tidy working space around our customers so its safe for all and the standard of work they have completed has been great.Will be using NM again very soon on other projects!

I Emailed in the Evening to Book a routine Service on my Boiler and in the Morning I received an email response from the Accounts Manager Esme to Schedule , she later that day called and offered me an Appointment for the same Day as James the Heating Engineer was in the Area , upon arrival James informed me there was a Gas leak reading and also that the Main tap to the Meter was seized ! He organised for Cadent to Replace it and re-scheduled the Boiler Service for a few days later.From start to finish Esme kept me informed of times, process etc ( and answered all the many questions i asked ) She also as requested Let me know that James would call me personally to let me know everything was okay as I was not able to be present during the visit .I was very impressed with how professional and courteous both were and would recommend them and NMS Ltd to anyone looking for Boiler Service or related work .01/02/2024

Extremely happy with National Maintenance and the decorating recently completed on our dining room and lounge. From booking and customer services with Elle and Esme, to Nathan overseeing the work, Mark doing the painting, and the help and assistance from the whole team, we are very pleased with the finished rooms. Fresh, clean and expertly finished, it has given the whole downstairs a lovely family feel. So much so National Maintenance need to come back so we can have some more work done upstairs.
